Security Precautions
We employ various measures to secure your personally identifiable information and financial information. When you or your advisor send information to us via this system, communication is encrypted (for further details on such encryption, see the Security Information Document). E-mails sent to us are not secure and we make no representation that any data contained in an e-mail sent to us will be secure. Thus, if your communication contains sensitive or confidential information or financial information, you should send it to us via regular mail. Except as otherwise set forth in this Privacy Statement, we restrict access to customer data to those employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to you.

Personal Information Collected
Your advisor collects extensive information from you concerning you, your family and your finances. The data collected includes, but is not limited to, name, address, phone number and information required to calculate a net worth statement. This data is normally entered by the advisor into and stored in the databases for this system and used by your advisor to generate financial, retirement and estate plans. In addition, this service collects your email address, a response to a security question as well as necessary account information and login credentials for use with the account aggregation function.

Disclosure of Your Personal Information
LPL Financial LLC (LPL) and its family of affiliated companies are committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of our customers. We want you to understand how we protect your privacy when we collect and use information about you, and the measures we take to safeguard that information. Keeping customer information secure and private is a priority for us.

What types of non-public personal information do we collect about you?

Do we disclose within our family of affiliated companies your non-public personal information?
In the course of providing services to you, we are permitted by law to share within our family of affiliated companies information about our transactions or experiences with you (such as account balance or payment history).

What is our policy relating to former customers?
If you decide to close your account(s) or become an inactive customer, we will adhere to the privacy policies and practices as described in this notice.
We reserve the right to change this policy at any time and you will be notified if any changes occur.

Multiple Products or Services
If we provide you with more than one financial product or service, you may receive more than one privacy notice from us. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

This Privacy Policy applies to consumers who are customers or former customers of LPL Financial LLC and its Affiliates (collectively LPL Financial). Our affiliates include the following entities: LPL Independent Advisor Services Group, LLC, Independent Advisors Group Corporation, LPL Insurance Associates, Inc., PTC Holdings, Inc., The Private Trust Company, N.A., UVEST Financial Services Group, Inc.

Changing Your Information
With respect to account aggregation information, just log into the system and make whatever changes and deletions you desire to the accounts you have established. All other information can only be changed or removed through your advisor. Please contact your advisor if you want to change or remove information concerning you that is stored in the databases for this system.

Cookies
A cookie is a piece of data stored on a user's hard drive containing information about the user. This system uses session cookies containing encrypted or encoded information. Session cookies allow us to process your online requests. Session cookies also help us to validate who you are after you have logged into this system. Session cookies exist during an online session. Session cookies become invalid when you completely close your browser software for the session in which they were created.

Other Web Sites
This system may contain links to other web sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of these other web sites. If you use a link to another web site, you should consult the privacy notice for the site you visit. We have no control over the information that is submitted to, or collected by, other web sites and we are not responsible for the content of any linked site or any link contained in a linked site, or any changes or updates to such sites. This privacy statement applies solely to information collected by us or otherwise stored in the databases for this system.

Data Concerning Your Use of This System
We collect information concerning your use of our web sites including, but not limited to, the dates you logged into the web site, the areas of the web site you visited, the links to other web sites that you click and the period of time you were logged into our web site. We use this data to, among other things, understand user's activities on its site, track data necessary for payment in relation to sponsored links and determine ways to enhance its web sites.
